We are Magic Tree of Music Pty Ltd (ACN 609 038 968) (“Magic Tree of Music”), and this is our Exchange / Return Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), no cancellations, refunds or returns of any programs and/or products shall be accepted by Magic Tree of Music for a change of mind.
In the event you receive a defective product, you may make a “Exchange Request” to Magic Tree of Music within fourteen (14) days of receiving such product for an exchange. To the fullest extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), a product will not be considered defective if the product is of an unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to follow any instructions of use, using it in an abnormal manner and/or failure to take reasonable care.
If the Exchange Request is accepted, Magic Tree of Music will notify you and you must then return your products via post with tracking to Magic Tree of Music’s nominated address provided to you within thirty (30) days of receiving such notification.
Magic Tree of Music shall reimburse you for return shipping costs only up to the amount equivalent to the original shipping costs paid at checkout via the original payment method, subject to the return of the product in its original condition. For the avoidance of doubt, you are solely responsible for any additional amounts that may apply to return a product.
If the product is not returned in its original condition received and/or you otherwise have no remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, Magic Tree of Music will either dispose of the product or return the product to you at your expense.
